1. I have been making Valentines (I’ll share some with you guys once they are finished).
2. I have been curling up in blankets indoors; it’s cold for this California girl.
3. I made up a new egg substitute in order to cook up some delicious VGF pancakes. (Recipe coming soon.)
4. I have been making plans and journaling a lot. Keeping a journal is healthy. Do you keep one?
5. I have been making some nice schedule sheets for me in order to keep tabs on my blog. (I’ll share these soon.)
6. I have been—most importantly—enjoying time with my sister (the one who sleeps in her jeans, apparently).
How is your week going readers? I’d like to send you all a special thank-you for all the love you’ve been showing me through your dedicated reading and responding. I am very excited for the direction this blog is headed and super appreciative of the support you have been giving.

I’ve been doing lots of curling up in blankets too. Its just way too cold! Can’t wait to see those darling valentines!

Ohhh, I am very interested to see #5. I am new to blogging and I could definitely use some strategy and scheduling. If it is cold in California, you couldn’t imagine what NYC has been like…yikes.

Thank you so much for your comment!
Blankets are my best friend at the moment, they just add instant cosiness!

I’m curious to see the valentines and what you’re making for your blog:) I do keep a journal, but for me it’s always the fight between the electronic one and the paper one.

can’t wait to see the Valentines! sounds like a good week!
It’s been freezing here too and I’ve been curling up with a cozy faux fur blanket! Those schedule sheets look great – please do share!
I’ve been under my blankets a lot too, I don’t blame you! It is so cold outside, I only go outside when I absolutely need to.

Looking forward to peeking at those blog sheets!
I’m definitely curling up in blankets too! I keep a planner to help stay organized, sort of the same, right!? :)

A planner is definitely necessary for staying organized. On top of using my newest creation to track my blog’s growth, I use an editorial calendar to keep on top of tasks.
I do in fact keep a journal; it’s mostly filled with blabbering and nonsense rambling, but hey that’s what journals are for ;)

HA! The last photo made me laugh. I always have to get myself out of jeans before I sleep!

I know! When I talked to her about it she said, “What? They are stretchy so they are comfortable.” I guess more and more jeans these days are basically just leggings.
It seems like you’ve been up to a lot lately! I keep thinking about starting a journal, I would like to document things that happen in life everyday, but then I end up forgetting. Ha.
But this inspires me!!
I would recommend starting with just a quick bullet-point list on a calendar or planner. It’ll get you in the habit! Good luck.
Those valentines look cute! I have a planner, to keep myself organized – I seem to go crazy and be so forgetful without it. Thank you for your understanding comment, too! I actually didn’t know what I wanted to blog about in the beginning, haha.
I can’t believe valentine’s day is so close!!

journals are always a good idea! question for you – where did you get the arrow graphic to use in your header? It’s perfect! I’ve been looking for one for a project I’m working on. xox.
Kate, thanks for liking the arrow. I actually made it myself for my logo. What project are you working on? Maybe I can help you out.
