For this Mid-Century Home

When I came across this immaculate mid-century modern home I held my breath for a few seconds. I just love the white-light and the openness. I love the furniture (duh) and the decorating. Aren’t those hanging mini-gardens great? They are a welcome break from the traditional globe-shaped containers I have seen.

I mean, am I the only one drooling here? This kitchen is so incredible. And those dining chairs make me squeal. Honestly, the Vegan in me can do without that cow rug—but I do love the black-and-white. It helps to set the dining area apart from the rest of the room.

I appreciate when others incorporate living plants in their homes in such an effortless and natural way. I find it important to be surrounded by light, air, and living things. Do you agree? Do you have plants in your living space? What is your favorite room in this beautiful home?

  1. Plants are my favorite way to decorate- they really add those last finishing touches to a room. And I LOVE this space too! I wish my whole house looked like that- the decorating is so effortless and interesting. It just all feels creative and really open. At first I thought it was your home and almost gasped haha!

This is amazing! Not a single thing I don’t like about it! The perfect Mid-Century home! Where do you find all this Kate?

    • I found this by the link hooked up in this post. But the one thing I don’t like about the home is the cats… You’ll see what I mean.

The photography is great and the home is beautiful, but my poor now would die with the amount of cat fuzz on the gorgeous furniture….
